Reservations

The accommodation reservation is made through the website. The reservation takes effect after the 50% advance payment and confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid 2 days before arrival, also by bank transfer.

Check-in, check-out

The accommodation can be occupied after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, in case of later arrival the keys can be handed over smoothly. Upon arrival, please read the house rules. After the last booked night, please leave the apartment area by 10:00 AM or by the pre-arranged time.

Payment

• The accommodation can be canceled free of charge for 5 days.
• If for some reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you reserved in advance, we will not be able to refund the money.
• Accommodation is free for children under 3 years old.

Cancelation policy

• In case of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund the full amount.
• In case of cancellation between 5 and 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund the paid deposit.
• In case of cancellation 5 days prior to arrival, we will not refund the paid amount.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Pets

Small pets are allowed.
